What is better than a crafting? Crafting for a cause! In today's video I team up with Erica Domesek of P.S. I Made This to show you 3 easy and fun ways to customize a bag. We were at the ShopBop and Alternative event launching Olivia Wilde and Barbara Burchfield's messenger bag that gives proceeds to the Academy for Peace and Justice, a charity that builds schools in Haiti. DIY Health: Juicing at Home
I love juicing. I have found it to be a working woman's best friend in so many ways. Starting my day off with a healthy juice gives me the energy I need, plus a ton of nutrients and vitamins that I need that I can't always fit into my daily routine when things get really busy.
You can specifically choose foods that meet your body's health needs. Here are some delicious foods that come along with powerful health benefits.

Williamsburg Waterfront
I hope you had a lovely late-summer weekend. The down-time in mine involved wearing this mesh mome to Mole` where I had the most delicious elote` I have ever tasted and a killer margarita (or 2, who are we kidding) with my dear husband.
We followed the sweet dinner and drinks with a walk along the Williamsburg waterfront and then sat and relaxed in one of the new-ish park areas. There is nothing I love more than sitting by the water, feeling the wind on my face, and hearing the waves crash on the shore. How perfect to find that tranquil moment in the city.

DIY Paper Cut Lamps in our Home
My papercut lamps have found their permanent places in our home and I am digging the modern geometric detail they add.
The
two-toned blue lamp is in the book nook in the bedroom and looks lovely
with our headboard and swimming prints (not pictured). This may
indicate that we switched our bedroom and office and WE DID. The switch
was the right move, and the rooms are incredibly improved and look
amazing and I will share them with you soon.
Here is the neon lamp in the living room hanging above our vintage Knoll studio table.
