Garbanzo Beans + Greens Recipe


2 cans of organic garbanzo beans
1 leek
1 head of broccoli
1 lime
Coconut oil
Sea salt 

Saute` half of a yellow onion and 3 cloves of garlic in a few tablespoons of coconut oil. 

Drain the garbanzo beans and add them into the pan when the garlic and onion are a little tender.

Rinse and cut the leeks and broccoli into bite-size pieces and add them into the pan. 

Stir the mixture together and add in a little sea salt. 

Simmer and stir for 10-15 minuts, or until beans are tender.

Add the juice of your lime and enjoy this easy, simple and delicious gluten-free, vegan meal.
