One of my favorite birthday gifts was this bonsai tree form my brother-in-law. I love it and clearly Milo does too. This is a great gift idea, so keep it in mind for birthdays and holidays.

There is a truly fantastic exhibit of Bonsai from Japan, China, the US, and abroad at the National Arboretum in DC off New York Avenue. A best-kept secret because really, who wants to go up NY Avenue? Just a recommendation to check it out sometime if you're in the DC area.
