1970's String Art

I love diving into different design decades, and in this episode of Decor It Yourself, we are inspired by 1970's string art.

In the episode I made this poppy red orb and the blue and mustard stars to start.



I chose a simple design for my first piece, and hope to expand to more complicated designs like this one from Apartment Therapy's post on art over the mantle.
